In Memory of
JOHN ROTHERY,
of COLD EDGE in WARLEY who died June 28th 1866, aged 65 years.

I was so long with pain opprest
That wore my strength away;

I prayed for that eternal rest,
That never can decay.

Afflictions sore long time I bore,
Physicianswere in vain:

God thought it best that I should rest
And eased me of my pain.

Thy will be done.

This Website is indebted to the Calderdale Family History Society for all of the burial information contained in the middle and south sections. The actual burial records have not as yet been found, so only those graves whose inscriptions can be read are included in the database. There are several thousand more burials in this section, but as yet we do not have the information. Details of this can be found on their website www.cfhsweb.com or email their Search Coordinator at search@cfhsweb.com
